I've been helping students succeed in math for over 15 years, with a background that includes both a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a decade of experience as a certified high school teacher. I’ve also served as a college-level teaching assistant, and I've worked with hundreds of students of all ages, from middle schoolers to returning adult learners.
What I love most about tutoring is seeing the “aha” moment, when a concept finally clicks and a student gains the confidence to keep pushing forward. My approach is patient, adaptable, and focused on building long-term understanding rather than short-term memorization.
I specialize in algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and test prep (SAT, ACT, GRE, GED), and I bring a deep understanding of how math connects across grade levels.
