Tanu's Tutoring

Hi! My name is Tanu, and I am an undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin! I am a fourth year majoring in Biology and pursuing a minor in Kinesiology. I am also on the pre-med track.

I have taught violin/viola for the past five years, grade school math and science, and introductory natural sciences for college.

I allow my students enough time to soak in information as well as inquire about material as much as they’d like. Additionally, I use active learning strategies such as asking my students questions and making them do many practice problems to further engage them.

I stay on top of communication, and I care about the learning process. Giving my students self efficacy is my biggest goal. I want my students to leave the lesson with new study strategies and the belief that they can conquer any learning struggles with confidence. :)
