Because writing is such an important skill in business and life, I enjoy helping others build confidence, better communication skills overall, and stronger ways of self-expression. I assess individuals’ skills and create an appropriate curriculum to improve academic success and confidence. As a curriculum designer, educational consultant, counselor, learning and ADHD coach and tutor, I have the constellation of skills to do these things (and more) to help. And I enjoy teaching!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We work together to understand your strengths and areas for improvement. This work together usually includes some assessments and interviews initially. We evaluate your goals and your expected timeframe to reach those goals and decide on a frequency of tutoring to meet your goals.
I will then construct personalized exercises and lessons for you and provide feedback offline as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
•Former certified English teacher with a master's degree in English
•Experience as director of a national learning center, where I helped thousands of people achieve their learning goals
•Two counseling degrees with experience counseling--I also help with your confidence and communication skills.
