Jalen Quintana

At the time I was an undergraduate student when I tutored with Jalen. I was about to take the dreaded GRE so that I could apply to graduate school and I am soooooooo bad at math so I was freaking out and was incredibly nervous that I wouldn’t pass. Jalen helped me come up with a personalized plan to tackle the math section in the weeks leading up to the big test. Every week he would help me understand concepts I did not understand (which was a lot)! Some of the concepts Jalen taught me were Trigonometry, Geometry, Linear Algebra, and Statistics. By taking the time to learn things step-by-step helped me to feel more confident in my ability to do math! Jalen was respectful, kind, and a joy to work with! In the end, I even scored higher on the math section than the English portion! I shocked myself! If you’re needing help with some math tutoring, you won’t be disappointed!
