Tandy Caraway is an award-winning educator whose multi-faceted educational techniques have empowered countless students to achieve academic success.
She has the unique ability to connect with at-risk students who might be overlooked by others who fail to see potential in these youth. Despite challenges, through her perseverance and encouragement, many of these young people are transformed from being at-risk students into college graduates.
Her tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed. She has earned prestigious awards from the Florida Senate and House of Representatives, American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, Future Business Leaders of America, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Community Improvement Organization and United Teachers of Dade.
