I am a soon to be graduate at MTSU with a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics. I was a hired and qualified Physics tutor for 2 years at the university and have also done private tutoring in my own time. I have also worked for after school math assistance programs for kids. I have a passion for learning and I know how hard it is learn when your teacher isin't passionate about the topic. I love helping others understand the physical world around them and I hope to give you that same passion.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I like to evaluate where the student needs help in by allowing them to work through a problem out loud on a white board. This will allow me to see where the lack of knowledge or misunderstood knowledge is. I can then work from there to get them on the right track.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an official Physics tutor for Middle Teneessee State Univeristy for two years. I also have private tutoring experience.

$30/hr is my standard rate.
How did you get started teaching?
I realized I had a passion for helping others learn physics my junior year of college. That is when I decided to apply to a tutoring position and have loved tutoring ever since!
