"Let's Talk Math" With Devron

I share a personal relationship with math. Early in high school, I didn't think the subject was for me. I got off to a horrible start due to the timing of hurricane Katrina in 2005. I was discouraged but determined to do something about it. I couldn't receive tutoring assistance like most people so I had rely on myself and my teacher. It was hard but I achieved more than I ever thought was possible, including math awards during my senior year in high school. Since then, I tutored during my freshman and sophomore year of college at Southeastern Louisiana University. I also tutored for Sylvan Learning Center in Hammond, LA. I'm now taking my talents to Nashville, TN. I want to give students the opportunities I didn't have by offering a service that most people find challenging. I also want to give them hope and reassurance that it's not too late to turn your situation around and see the full potential that you possess as an individual.
