Student Teaching Assistant

At Berea College, the work study college I attend, students visit the math teaching assistants in order to get help in any math subject the school offers. All the math teaching assistants are students as well and help every student that comes in for tutoring. As the head teaching assistant, I am in charge of insuring all students who come in are getting the proper attention they need to succeed in mathematics. If any problems arise, I hold meeting with the other teaching assistants to make sure each of us know how to deal with difficult situations in the work place.
