I create improvement plans for my students that identify strategic goals and steps toward those goals, which help students to learn to be successful on their own. I have over 8 years of education-related experience that spans the U.S. and foreign countries.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When meeting a new student, I ask them what their goals or problems are. After, I generally provide a few small tasks that help me to understand their skill level in a subject. After accessing the level and needs of a student, I create a strategic improvement plan that shows the students what we will do, how long it will take, and what the results of their work could be.
