I have 23 years experience teaching all learning styles from Prek- 5th grade and am a certified teacher I am passionate about helping children learn to read and truly understand what they are reading. I believe that strong reading skills open the door to confidence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

I also enjoy helping children discover that both reading and math can be fun, engaging, and rewarding. I work to create a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to try, grow, and celebrate their progress.

Working with me is a positive and patient experience. I strive to meet each child where they are, build on their strengths, and make learning meaningful and enjoyable. My goal is not only to help students improve their skills, but also to help them develop confidence in themselves as learners.
