I focus on their needs on both short and long term and, taking into consideration their goal I set myself a plan that covers conversation on various topics or specific topics; native speakers audio/ listening & comprehension; reading and vocabulary practice, modern grammar practice) depending on their target (be it professional, personal development, obtaining a degree, passing interviews etc).
