Alex’s Math Tutoring

My teaching style focuses on breaking down problems into their “bite size” parts to make problems more manageable. I love having my work color coded and giving out handouts with helpful information — I don’t want to hide resources from you! My lessons have a focus on organization and visual learning. With my help, you'll understand how to do problems and how to approach problems that look intimidating.

I used to hate math. I hoped for the day that I never had to take a math class ever again. I then had a good math teacher, and now I love it. I'm hoping that I'm able to help you the same. The best feeling to me is when I can teach someone to where they no longer need my help. Helping people is one of the most rewarding things, and I hope to help set you up for success. I do more than just math, I love anything STEM and more importantly, I'd love to help you!
