I have been an award-winning educator for over 50 years. I love the acts of teaching and learning and conversation and communication. I bring enthusiasm and passion to each session. I am now retired, but love to “stay in the game” through tutoring.

I'm a very easy going person, I will explain things at the pace they want it to be explained at. I will do an excellent job because I'm really good at helping people and adapting to their learning styles. I'm currently a college student majoring in philosophy.

I’m a passionate teacher who loves working with kids of all ages. I have experience teaching in many different settings, and can change methods quickly to fit a student’s needs. I offer personalized tutoring for students looking to bolster their English skills. I also have a degree in history education, and would love to work with students lookin for help with that subject as well. I will gladly meet at a convenient location and time. I teach English, Writing, Music (instrumental and vocal), Theater, Art, and History grades 1 through 12. I was a certified English, History and Fine Arts teacher in Massachusetts for over 30 years teaching in public school, private school for behavior challenged students and Performing Arts Schools. I have tutored students individually and in small groups as well as working with home schooled children in the creative arts.
