I have been a homeschool mom since 2009. I love teaching and helping my children. I have tutored since high school and through college, where I earned a BS in Chemistry. I went on to work as an analyst in an environmental lab before staying home to teach my boys. I have always loved math and science and wish to help other children find the joy in these subjects. I have tutored those with learning delays and one of my children is diagnosed with executive functioning disorder. I wish to focus on the younger elementary and middle school ages because I feel that a firm foundation in these subjects is necessary for easier learning of higher level mathematics.

Ms Sarah was very nice and helpful. She explained things simply with a lot of patience. By the end of the tutoring my son was able to bring his 7th grade math up two letter grades. He has always struggled with math, but she helped him to understand. I will definitely ask for her help again if needed for 8th grade pre-algebra.
