I am an algebra teacher for 22 years now for Stroudsburg Area School District. I love helping students build confidence in mathematics and making this subject not so much a challenge. I have worked with many different skill levels but I have a special gift in working with the remedial math student. I am a great mentor to help students in all facets of their academic career. I will get to know my students and seek support from both parents and their current classroom teacher. I am able to use technology platforms with students so that I can see their work in real time for those that opt to work remotely from the comfort of their home. I look forward to have the opportunity to make math memorable in a positive way.

I would 100 % recommend Mrs. Mikilak’s. She broke down the math for me in a way that allowed me to understand it so much better. So much so I went from a failing grade in Algebra to passing !!! I am so happy I had the chance to work with her !! Thank You for everything Mrs. Mikulak’s. I look forward to working with you again and I will highly recommend to anyone struggling with math !!

We hired Diana a couple of times and both times she was prepared, timely, patient and helpful with our 11 year old. She always requests information regarding what my son wanted to work on, so the sessions are always tailored to his needs. She never rushes him off, even when the session time has ended. She emails us the notes from the session so we can go over it later if needed, plus videos about the topic that was discussed. We are very glad we found her and will definitely be using her again.

Diana is very experienced math tutor. She is very understanding and patient with my girls, and also very flexible. Since she started tutoring my girls, I have seen a great change in their grades at school and their understanding of the math concepts.
