My name is Jim and I love math. I have been successfully working with students for 30+ years. With my degree from St Vincent College in psychology and my love for math, I have been in business developing young minds since 1999. I love the challenge of making math fun and understandable to everyone. I teach/tutor algebra 1/2, pre calculus, trigonometry and my favorite calculus. I also work with students on the SAT math test. I believe to motivate a person you have to build a relationship. Through that relationship, I key in on personality and learning styles I develop for each learner. I have worked with many types of learning disabilities as well as exceptional students. I have helped over 1000 students achieve their specific goals in high school and college. I offer parents special insight into the college process, helping them navigate a college for their learner.
