About
I know the importance of making learning as fun as it can be, and catering to individual learning styles. Classroom/group settings do not allow for much one-on-one time, so tutoring is oftentimes necessary in order for students to succeed.
I've tutored for elementary aged students for several years, and have studied secondary education for two years, although my degree is not yet complete.
I love giving people the tools they need to succeed on their own. Great teachers made all the difference in my education, so I want to inspire students to acquire the set of knowledge that will bring them the greatest success. Everyone has a different skill set, different interests, and it's important to acknowledge this when coaching students. I will encourage you to learn in the way that best suits you, and pursue the path you're most passionate about.
