Leslie Ehrin Tutoring

As a Coach / Tutor /Content Marketing Strategist, I help students craft and communicate their unique stories in Essays to colleges, to International Bacalaureate STEM schools, and for grant and scholarship opportunities. Additionally, I teach SAT and ACT Prep, Persuasive, Expository, Creative Writing, Literary Analysis, American and European Literature, Shakespeare, and Grammar. Additionally, I am academically trained as a lifelong Artist, so I offer Portfolio Prep for Art students as well as offering college advisory services. For 8 years, I have tutored international students and recent immigrants from Asia, South America and Europe, for whom English is a second language. I have earned two BA’s in English Literature and in Art History from UPenn and earned an MFA Equivalency from Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. For twenty years, I have taught art and marketed fine art for museums and galleries, am an award winning Artist and Instructor who won Lesson.com 2018 Best Instructor Award. In 2010, I founded Mellowood Publishing, LLC , and became a Moonbeam Award-winning Author, Publishing educational children’s books in addition to tutoring students.

My highly customized, personalized tutoring approach takes students from where they are to where they need to be to communicate more effectively in writing and speaking to achieve their goals.
