What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with a new student is to make sure they feel as comfortable as possible. I ask them what they're currently having trouble in and we'll go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an English Degree but the training I have to qualify is working one on one and working with small groups going over reading and writing.
