I have always wanted to learn about everything I can, but when I was young, it was hard at times to understand different math concepts, such as pre-algebra or algebra. When my mom took the time to help me understand, it clicked and math became easy and fun. So many kids are afraid of math because it seems hard, but I want to let them know it can be fun. I was a paramedic for four years, and calculating the different medication dosages was an everyday occurence for me. I also completed three years of nursing school before I realized I want to help young learners become what they want to be and have the potential to be. I homeschool my two children. Children are our future.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will have an interview, either on the phone or online, to determine if we are a good match. If we are, then we will work together at times that match best for the both of us.
