I have 3+ years of experience in tutoring mathematics to GED students, primarily to incarcerated individuals. Many of these students felt forced to participate in education and didn't even want to learn... at first. My goal has always been to help math be as painless as possible. It's truly uplifting to see someone succeed at something they may not have believed they were capable of doing. Learning is all about finding the right approach and every student is completely different!
