Passionate about STEM and a passion for helping students understand math, Spanish, and electrical engineering in an interactive manner.
I am an engineer for an aerospace company and apply concepts to my work on a daily basis which keeps me up to date. I majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Oregon State University. I have tutored in high school and worked as academic support at my university. I have a deep understanding of math, Spanish, and electrical engineering courses!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin by talking with the student about what are their expectations and what they hope to get from each session. Once we have an understanding of what our goals are and how the student learns, we will begin the session.

Serving as President for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and having the opportunity to organize a science night for over 200 middle school students and their families.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they understand how you learn, we all learn at different paces and understand things in different ways. A good tutor will help you determine what is the best route for you so that you can get the most out of every session!
