I've been tutoring roughly ten children and adults for the last year now. I've never felt as rewarded as I feel when I'm assisting another person learn. I feel that a person should try to learn one new thing every day or at least every week. I will gladly help any person who needs it and wants it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to first start by asking the student which areas they feel they need tutoring in the most. Second I take my own assesment by asking a few questions about that subject. Third I create a progress plan that I not only keep for myself, but give to the student to keep on hand.
