What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I like to get to know their background knowlegde of the subject we are learning and explore which learning style is best suited to help the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors from the University of Central Oklahoma.
I am certified to teach Enlgish, Reading, and Journalism.
I graduated from the Literary Design Collaborative Program offered through Moore Public Schools in 2019.

$25/hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always known that I wanted to teach Enlgish and coach sports. I have a passion for learning and I enjoy helping students reach their full potential. English and reading are such important subjects, it is important to focus on these skills before graduation.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with 5th-8th grade students.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise them to find someone you connect with. If you can communicate effectively with your tutor, they are much more likely to meet your needs.
