I started my carrier as a tutor in 2004 when I was doing my graduation. In
2005, I worked as a faculty of Computer Science in BMP School, Bhopal. In 2007,
I completed my post graduation in physics and I joined MIT Bhopal as
Assistant Professor of physics in July 2007. At MIT, I have attended many training sessions
related to teaching and how to deliver lectures and make the student
understand. In MIT, I have established Physics laboratory and some of the
instrument I have designed. In MIT I worked in various academic cum
administrative capacities. In April, 2008, I joined All saints’ College of technology
as an Assistant professor and promoted as associate professor in Apr 2010 after
completing M.Phil in 2010. In 2012 I got promoted and become HOD of Department
of Physics. In ASCT I got multidimensional experience in both the research and
development activities, particularly in the research areas of Bulk and Nano
Material Modeling. In July, 2016 I got awarded with Ph.D. My Ph.D. Topic was “Electrical
and electronic properties of silicon nanowire doped with alumunium”.
I have presented research papers in 7 international conferences and 5
national conferences. I have attended several seminars and workshop related to
teaching and research.I have organized a national Conference “Condensed Matter and Material Physics
(CMMP-2011)” at Govt. MLB College Bhopal sponsored by UGC on 13-14 October 2012 This experience in different domains of Physics has
produced number of International and National Publications, includes the
regular referred papers in journals, conference and seminars. I also review international research papers for 3 international journals

I judge the student where he get guidance and try to teach him the basic concept. I guide my student so that they can do their probelms on your own
