About
I am devoted to each student I tutor! I genuinely care about the well being of the student and want them to not only learn and grow with me in the subject matter but also in their ability to better understand the material taught in all learning environments.
When I was in High School, the subjects that I enjoyed the most were taught by teachers who were passionate about the student's excitement. I love tutoring because I get to give back to the Education community and spread the excitement I have about learning.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I think for each student the process should vary on their needs. Once I figure out what the course work will entail and what our end goal will be for our time tutoring, then the student, parent and I can work to formulate a cohesive plan on how to best achieve our goal at a pace applicable to the student
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in Valparaiso University and obtaining my degree in Secondary Education and Meteorology with a focus in Mathematics. At Valpo I am a Mathematics Science Education Enrollment and Development Scholar and I work closely with a group of fellow scholars to learn to be the best educators within the STEM field. I graduated High School in the top 20% of my class and I additionally was the Commencement Speaker and VP of National Honors Society.
