I like to get to know my students a little bit, as I know it can be awkward the first time sitting down with someone you don't know. I want to let the student know that I am there to help, but they can feel very comfortable around me because I am patient, understanding, and eager for them to succeed. I like that I get to meet many people. I enjoy being able to help others, and I really like seeing that progress has been made. It is great to see a student excel who was once struggling. I like being able to lead students the correct way without just giving them the answers....

I don't stand out but I stand in with the students. Feeling of worth helping others.
