About
For starters, I was a student at Watkins Memorial High School and I frequently participated in peer collaboration and enrichment activites, such as being a judge at the Science Fair at the middle school, teaching kids mathematic skills at an elementary level, up to tutoring my friends and family memebrs who are freshman and sophomores in high school. I was very smart through high school and rushed a lot of years; I was nearly full-time in college as a Junior, and the more I grow into my major (BS CSE), the more I am considering becoming a teacher or full-time tutor. I thought I could get my start here!
My friends also know me as an extrovert. I treat others as if they are my friends right from the very beginning, and try to give new people a sense of belonging in a new environment, such as new employees at work, or after transferring schools. I'm not shy to be myself, but am self-aware to not overstep. I've worked at Donatos since I was 14, and I am now 18. I feel I have created a family at the place; it feels like a second home. And I feel all places should be that way; work, home, and school alike.
I am adept at pacing as well. If your student is quick to grasp onto a concept, I can move quickyl. On the contrary, if they need to take their time to ease into a new concept, I will walk them through every step!
