Michaela Maginn

While I do not have an education degree, I have a marketing degree from Xavier University as well as an MBA from Dayton University. I have worked with children tutoring them throughout my time in university here in the United States and in China. I have special needs siblings (cerebral palsy and down sydrome) and regularly help them with completing their homework. My approach is to break down complicated problems into easy to understand pieces for each child. Just because one way works for one child, doesn't mean it will work for the other. My specialities are math, science, and writing, but with notice, I can refresh myself on many subjects. My goal is to help students understand the subject in ways that make sense for their brains rather than just memorizing certain points.
