I am a retired physician living in Columbus Ohio. I have been tutoring all topics in the high school math curriculum up through and including calculus for the past two years. I try to share my passion for math and critical thinking with my students.My teaching focuses on understanding the underlying concepts involving whatever topic we are working on rather than memorizing formulae which they will forget quickly. This way they retain what they have learned and apply it as they advance though math
