Rupali Sinha

I am passionate about STEM learning and teaching. I did work along side classroom teachers in teaching programming languages in different schools across Texas remotely being part of TEALS, a Microsoft initiative. I have a MS in comp science and I work as a programmer as my day job which requires application of discrete and applied mathematics. My prev experience with school students helped rise beyond just providing instructions to actually bond with the students and find ways to make them understand some of the arcane topics in different subjects. My focus is always to ensure the student is making progress and achieving their learning goals and I live by saying that there are no bad students only bad teachers so the goal is largely self improvement as a teacher so that my student can make progress and achieves their learning goals while working with me.
