# Math, Statistics, And Physics Tutoring

## About

Subjects I tutor:

Elementary math, pre-algebra, algebra I, algebra II, geometry, trigonometry, precalculus, calculus, multivariable calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, statistics, high school and college physics

I have more than 6 years of experience tutoring all levels of math and physics. During that time I have worked with more than 100 students. I am passionate about helping students to really understand and succeed in their studies.

In addition to 6+ years of tutoring experience, I spent several semesters teaching calculus at The Ohio State University, where I received a master's degree in math. I was a recipient of the 2018 First Year Teaching Award, presented by The Ohio State University Math Department for excellence in teaching. The award was based on a combination of faculty reviews and student evaluations.

I am a National Merit Scholar Finalist, and I obtained perfect scores on the math portions of both the SAT and GRE exams. In mathematics, I have worked with students from an elementary level all the way up to calculus and differential equations. I am happy to tutor students who need help with course work, or who want to be better prepared for a standardized test.

I take great pleasure in getting to know my students and helping them to succeed. I love tutoring, am very patient, and enjoy working with students who are at any level of mathematical or physics ability.

Quite simply, I love interacting with my students and helping them understand the material they are learning. It is incredibly gradifying to see how pleased my students are when they finally understand material that was so confusing for them in the past. It is also very satisfying be a part of my students' growth and development over time.
