About
In my first year at Cleveland State, I was awarded a scholarship admitting me to a summer Calculus class through the STEM organization. I will be taking a couple higher math classes next year and peer teaching an incoming pre-calculus class. Having just taken these early college math classes ensures the material is fresh in my mind allowing me to prepare you best for future math classes.
Growing up Math was always the subject that intrigued me most. The way complex formulas summoned by mathematicians from centuries ago made real world problems solveable, simply astonished me. I knew I had to continue in the field of math. Today I am a second year Computer Science major, minoring in Mathematics at Cleveland State University.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, we set up a time and location that works for us both. Before the session I will ask if there's a specific area the student is interested in learning. I then prepare a list of activities centered around said area. We spend part of the first session getting to know each other as I believe a tutor should be someone a student feels comfotable talking to. Finally, we dive into the lesson plan for the day.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge 20$ per hour for standard virtual tutoring sessions held over zoom.
I charge 30$ per hour for specialized ACT/SAT test prep sessions.
