As a recent high school graduate, I am familiar with course content in mathematics (Prealgebra, Algebra I & II, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and AP Calculus AB), the sciences (Chemistry, AP Physics 1, and AP Environmental Science), history (U.S. History), and social studies (AP Economics along with AP U.S. Government and Politics). My years in Scouting America, helping peers, and tutoring students at a lower grade level have allowed me to cultivate effective teaching methods for all ages. I enjoy aiding students in exploring course material and will work with them to develop a strong foundation in the course content. With each student being unique, I recognize the importance of curating my lesson plans to match the objectives of the student and their parents. My goal as a tutor is to help students understand course content and have confidence in their own capacity for success.
