You Can Do This Tutoring

I have taught and tutored a range of writing, literature, poetry and theory classes, including SAT preparation, writing in a range of disciplines, college essay writing and tutoring. With a Ph.D. in English, I taught in the English Department at UNC Chapel Hill for 6 years, and was on faculty at UAlbany in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies for 12 years.

I am dedicated to helping students achieve their goals, whether those have to do with turning things aroud in middle or high school classes, preparing for the SATs, writing your college entrance exam, or working on ESL issues, and improving your speaking.

I enjoy helping students reach their potential, coaching them at every step along the way.
