English/Spanish/Portuguese Tutoring

Hello guys, I am a student-athlete from Portugal studying in a college in NY. My native language is Portuguese but I started to learn English and Spanish when I was around 12. I am a sophomore and my GPA is 3.96! I have done all my required English classes and I had A on every class, so I can tutor English until a medium/advanced level. I am pretty good doing essays. During my 2 years in the US I have been living with hispanic people so I practice my Spanish everyday and I have tutored high school kids. Those kids have had amazing results after tutoring sessions with me. Portuguese is my native language so I can tutor it pretty well too!

Getting to know him and his struggles. That way I can choose the best technique to help him getting better.

I have tutored many high schoolers during 2020.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I work with 30 minute and 1 hour sessions. There is also hours packages for students that need more help.
How did you get started teaching?
My professor in college told me I was pretty good at it and knowing that I am an international student-athlete trying to make some money recommended me to try.
What types of students have you worked with?
High school kids and college freshman students.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try to find a teacher that will have many techniques and ways to help you. There are many different types of students and not everyone will succeed with the same old way of teaching.
