What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I give a small test to understand the level of a student,
make a plan and follow it adding correction during progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I prepare students from my country for final test after 9th and 11th grade which helps them to enter colleges and universities. Also I am familiar to SAT. I passed math part of SAT on Khan Academy and did correctly 36 of 41 excercises without any preparation.
I can teach russian and english speaking students not younger than 10. My level of English is B2(upper intermediate).

My price is 20$ per hour
How did you get started teaching?
Once I was helping my friend's son to pass his math exam after 9th grade and enjoyed it so much so I decided to become a tutor.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught students of different age. I teach math and English children from 10 till 17. Also, I have several adults who want to learn English from beginning.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was preparing one student for her final exam after 11th grade, but she was catching on the fly so fast so we decided to finish our course 4 months earlier than we had planned.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
1. If you don't like a tutor after the first lesson - find another one.
2. A good tutor explain everything clearly for you. If you don't understand - find another tutor.
3. If you don't want to study, even the best tutor won't help you.
