I approach tutoring by learning about you and evaluating your individual learning style. Then I create personalized, structured, lesson plans that fit with your individual learning style and time constraints. . From here, we will work together to meet your academic goals.

I tend to find most students need help with the fundamentals, so I always look to evaluate and solidify the basics. After that, I implement our individualized plan to help you, the student, understand the material. I am a very patient and enthusiastic tutor, and have worked with a range of students ranging from those with learning disabilities to Honors and AP students. I absolutely love a challenge and will put not only my mind but my heart into your success!

I tutor on the side because tutoring/teaching is something I’m quite gifted and passionate about. I have successfully tutored many subjects including Algebra 1 and 2, Elementary Math, Math Concepts, Reading Comprehension, Writing, Vocabulary, Grammar, Proofreading/editing, Chemistry, and Test-taking skills.

I have been tutoring younger students since I was in the tenth grade. Since then I have tutored a variety of ages and subjects, for a total of about seven years. I definitely have a complete understanding of every single subject I tutor.
