About
I am a certified teacher in New York City and have been teaching for almost 10 years. I have a Master's in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from NYU.
I have experience working with international communities in Budapest, Hungary for six consecutive summers, where I taught English to students of all levels.
Something I love about teaching is the relationships I build with my students and seeing them make progress throughout the year. Creating a safe environment and building a good relationship are what I believe to be key to a student's academic success. Working as a tutor allows me to see the student in a different context and know them outside of a school setting.
