About

I am a stay at home Mom with a masters degree in elementary education 1-6 and students with disabilities. I miss working with children. I can't go back full time so I td like to work with a child one on one.

As a child I struggled in school. I truly understand what it feels like, therefore, I love helping children find that key to unlock their struggles and thrive! I am new to tutoring, but I confident I can help. I enjoy working one to one!

    Frequently asked questions

First I like to get to know the student. I like to learn about hobbies and interests, likes and dislikes. I like to talk with the student and get his or her perspective on what they are having trouble with.

I have a Masters  Degree in Childhood Education,  1-6 as well as Students with Disabilities.

    I do not.

I started as a teachers aid ad I was going to school. I most enjoyed working one to one.

I have worked in both mainstream and Special  Ed settings.

My fondest memory was working as a one to one aid with an autistic child mainstreaming into a regular Ed class.

The mort important thing is a students comfort and connection. There must be a certain level of trust and comfort. It needs to be the right fit.
