I'm a Cornell MBA Graduate student finishing this May. I previously have experience teaching the SAT, ACT, PSAT, GMAT, GRE, and MCAT for Kaplan Test Prep, and have been a tutor and TA for graduate school in a number of subjects ranging from advanced statistics to leadership development. I have 6 years of tutoring and teaching experience and am patient and willing to guide students, rather than simply provide them the answers. I think this is truly the way to get students to learn and retain the material.
I love watching students when a concept or subject "clicks". I often work with them in ways that forces them to think through things on their own so that at some point, they can truly explain to me what's going on and can then make logic progressions past the basic material we're looking at.
