I have my B.S. in Computer Engineering from Penn State
I have a passion for Mathematics
I have tutored students for almost 10 years
Most recently, for the past 3 years, I have been an undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Calculus I and II
I enjoy helping students learn math. I understand that not everyone likes math, but we do need it in every day life. I want to help students not only pass their classes, but also to find practical uses for math in their life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Student comes prepared with either their homework and/or a list of topics they are learning. We find the trouble spots and work toward improvement

How did you get started teaching?
I have always had a passion for teaching and mathematics. I started tutoring my peers in middle school and I have never stopped

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be motivated to learn. Be willing to make mistakes. Be willing to work hard.
The key to success is to make mistakes, but learn from them. People who succeed don't wait for success; they make it happen through motivation and hard work.
