Shriya Pathania

Hello, my name is Shriya! I graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY, with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Math and Computer Science. Currently, I work in the tech field, but have always had a passion for teaching maths. In my 4+ years of tutoring experience, I have worked with curriculums ranging from kindergarten to university undergrad courses. With every student, I strive to cater to individual learning styles and adapting to specific needs, with the ultimate goal being not only strong math performance, but solid understanding of concepts and material on a fundamental level. Rather than rote memorization, my guidance is focused on comprehension and confidence in each area. I am also adamant about clear communication, so any questions or concerns from the student or their parents will be addressed promptly when brought to my attention. I hope I can make learning math enjoyable for my students!
