About
As a professional teacher and tutor with over 20 years of experience, I employ my extensive education and training to provide expert instruction in reading. My education includes a B.S. degree from Georgia State University, an M.Ed. from Georgia State University, and an accreditation in Educational Therapy from UCLA. I love working with struggling readers and watching them blossom and grow as they discover the joy of reading. My lessons are personalized for each student and dependent on the specific needs of that student. My business is unique insofar as it provides individualized reading instruction, Orton-Gillingham based instruction, parent involvement, homework, and collaboration with other educational professionals as needed. Setting goals and recording progress is included in each student's program.
