Throughout undergraduate and graduate school, I had been offering free tutoring sessions to peers. My biggest advantage is that I can explain materials/subjects in simple terms that you can understand.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Trying to hear the student out to see what concept he/she might be struggling. Then we can work through examples from homework/test banks to get those areas clarify.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in teaching stems from sharing knowledge and asking questions with my peers throughout school. I just finished graduate school this May. I was keen at studying and teaching key materials to do well in tests.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be engaged! The more engaged and willing you are to learn, the faster you'll comprehend the materials.
