In my early years as a young student, my strong suite was never English. I struggled with my word choice, and found it hard to put my thoughts on paper with a flow that would be seen as academically correct. As I progressed through high school, I had teachers and mentors who taught me how to express and integrate my creative flow through my words. My freshman year in high school I took an AP English and Language Arts class. That was my first real exposure to proper English and Writing.
