Teen Tutor

I am soon to be sixteen so my ability to connect with people my age or younger is easier. I strive to be more of a friend helping than hired help. I maintain respect and good communicative skills to not only the student, but their parent(s)/guardian(s) as well.

I usually don’t get paid to tutor, but the students I’ve already worked with have been learning their material easier and getting better grades. They continue to come to me for help and recommend me to their friends/family.

I also do my best to provide an environment that encourages the student rather than pressuring them. The more comfortable the student is with me, and what they’re around, the easier it is to take in the material.

Although I say I come off as a friend, I know when to be serious about the task at hand and when to be lenient with work. Each student differs so my attitude and personality can differ with each one as well. The attitude and respect I receive is the same being given. Everyone I’ve tutored gains a version of myself that aids them and the work they have.

Noted, as previously stated, I am sixteen, and like most people my age, my parent/family cares about where I’m at, how long I’m doing something, when I’m doing something, who’s over at my house, etc. With that in mind, please be respectful of my home, my family, my time, and myself, as I will be for you and/or your parent/child.
