Carissa Quinn

Hello! I’m Carissa, and I’ve dedicated my career to nurturing and educating young minds. With over 17 years of experience in various educational roles, my journey in teaching has been both fulfilling and diverse.

For the past decade, I have been a passionate preschool teacher, laying the foundational stones for our youngest learners. Additionally, I spent four years as an elementary school teacher, bringing enthusiasm and creativity into the classroom to inspire older children. My commitment to inclusive education led me to serve as an elementary special education paraprofessional for three years, where I supported students with diverse learning needs.

I hold degrees in Music Education and P-3 (Preschool through Third Grade) Education, and I am currently advancing my qualifications by pursuing degrees in K-6 Education and Special Education. My academic background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of child development and instructional strategies tailored to various age groups and learning abilities.

Above all, I have a profound love for working with children of all ages and making a positive impact in their lives. Seeing my students grow, learn, and thrive is my greatest reward. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every child can reach their full potential.
