Adithi worked one-on-one with me to help me apply math rules to equations and even physics. We worked on Calculus, derivatives, differentiation and trigonometry. It helped me understand the concepts and do well on my tests. (I got an A+!)

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First, I figure out how much the student already knows, so that the lesson is not redundant.

Second, I explain the concept, and go over steps and examples.

Third, I have the student work on an example on their own.

I guide/hint the students rather than giving them the answers because this helps them become more aware of the processes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I  am a 4th year college student majoring in computer engineering. I have taken all courses up to and incluing Discrete math, and I apply them constantly so I have a wide knowledge of the subjects.

The students need to think about what they already know and what they need to work on, or if they need to start from scratch.
