As a senior in college, I am very familiar with all of the topics I tutor in and have recent experience in taking classes in these subjects. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I like to take time to first learn a bit about them, their learning style, and their goals for the tutoring. I then adjust my teaching style to best work with each individual student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been tutoring for almost 10 years, and have taken all of these subjects myself. I have first hand knowledge and experience of how these concepts are taught in classrooms, how to best explain tricky concepts in a way that is palatable for the student, and tips and tricks to memorize/learn material.

$30 an hour for subjects grades K-8, $40 for high school and college

I've worked with students of all ages, as young as kindergarten up to senior year of college.
